We are a caring and qualified faculty with professional experience and education. 

 

 

Jaysalee Bennett:

Jasalee started taking dance here at DSC at the age of 3. She was a part of the team that won Grand National Champions in Disneyworld, Florida. She has performed at many local and state venues. She has won many awards including, Senior Solo Grand Champion and a Tremain scholarship. She also was a dance in the hip movie "High School Musical 2." Dance is her life! She loves to teach Jazz and Hip Hop and has won many choreography awards. Jaysalee is on her 5th year teaching at DSC. 

 

Hollie Bulkley:

Hollie graduated from BYU with a minor in Dance Education. She was a member and choreographer of the Nation Champion Cougerettes and was also the Dance Director for the Wasatch Fever Dance Team. She has instructed at BYU Dance Workshops and has won National Titles with her award winning choreography. She is returning to her 13th year at Dance Showcase Company and is currently the Dance Director at Orem High School. Hollie has 3 children and 1 on the way. 

 

Vicki Blauer:

Vicki has a BS degree in Early Childhood Education from USU. She did gymnastics in high school and college, and also taught at summer clinics. She is a 2nd Degree Black belt in Tae Kwan Do and received Teacher of the Year 2 years in a row at a federation school. She currently teaches preschool, martial arts and gymnastics. She has 4 amazing kids and says that they are her real accomplishments. 

 

Racquel Hutchings:

Self-esteem is a main attribute to Racquel’s teaching. She loves kids and you can see that through her teaching. Racquel is going on her 17th year with DSC and studied dance for the past 30+ years. As a choreographer and judge she’s worked with UVSC dance team and company, and has taught at various Dance, Song leading and Drill Teams. Racquel has a way of looking at something good and turning it into something better. She is married with 2 children. 

 

Kelene Johnson: Guest Choreographer

Kelene started dancing with Dance Showcase Company at the age of 4. Kelene was a part of the Drill Team and Dance Company at Timpanogos High School. Kelene was the 2005 Dance Sterling Scholar at THS. Kelene has taught dance at Orem High and she also received an audition Scholarship to be with Tremaine Faculty. Kelene is currently a dancer in the "Donny and Marie Osmond Show" in Las Vegas. 

 

 

 

Aubree Knight:

Aubree has been studying Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical and Tap for the past 30 years with 19 years teaching experience. She has studied in L.A. with famous choreographers and trained throughout her life. She was a member of the professional dance company "Odyssey." Her choreography has won and continues to win top honors at dance competitions. Aubree is married and has 3 children. 

 

Nicole Neer:

Teaching dance is a main priority in her life. Nicole loves working with the youth. She has taught dance at DSC for the last 15 years and has been studying dance for the past 29 years. She was a dance director over the Wasatch Wild Cats dance team "Fever". She has been successful with her award winning choreography traveling throughout the mid west. She has choreographed for USA dance camps, All State Drill, Misses Utah and Miss Teen Utah pageants. Nicole’s students have had success by appearing in the Movie "The Cat in the Hat" as Thing One and in Disney music videos. She is married and has 2 children. 

 

Lindsay Smith:

Lindsay danced with Dance Showcase Company from the ages of 5 to 18. She competed individually and as a team at many local and state competitions. She was part of the team that won Nationals in Florida. She is going on her 4th year teaching with DSC. She loves teaching because it allows her to share her passion for dance with others. Lindsay is married and has a baby girl. 

 

Valarie Wells:

Valarie’s love and dedication for dance started at age 6, here at DSC. She was a member of our award winning Competition Team at Disneyworld, Florida. For two years she was a member and choreographer for the Wasatch Fever Dance Team. She has choreographed for several Summer Dance Camps and judged dance auditions. She has a Bachelor Degree in Administrative Management. Valarie has a unique talent and a fun way of teaching young children to love the art of dance. She is excited to be returning for her ninth year of teaching at DSC. 

 

Tiffany Wardell:

Tiffany has been teaching ballet at DSC for four years.  From a variety of dance forms, she focused in on ballet about the age of ten, and she has been connected to ballet ever since.  She has played the major roles in ballets such as The Nutcracker and La Fille Mal Gardee with training from Ballet West and New York City Ballet solo and principal dancers.  As a junior in high school she took advanced ballet classes at Brigham Young University where she performed with the Ballet Showcase Company.  At Orem High School Tiffany was on the dance company and was awarded the Sterling Scholar award in the category of dance.  When Tiffany is not teaching at DSC, she is going to school at BYU and spending time with her husband Mike.  Tiffany loves teaching and seeing the girls love ballet.   

 

Janet Holdaway: Director

Janet has been the Artistic Director of Dance Showcase Company for 41 years. She danced with the BYU Ballet Company. She is a certified teacher in ballet, tap and classical jazz and has taught dance at Pleasant Grove High. Janet loves to help dancers reach their personal goals in dance and build success and self confidence. She is married to Dave Holdaway and has 5 children and 12 grandchildren.
